As a Mom of 2 boys who have

As a Mom of 2 boys who have experienced most of the difficulties you mentioned but no longer experience them, I have a couple of suggestions. First  diarrhea and constipation suggest bowel difficulties. I have found high doses of multistrain probiotics( 10-20 billion cells daily) most effective for this. I have found it takes 3-6 months to really notice a change. I have found food sensitivities play a role in most of the difficulties you describe. We found removing one food at a time then we were sure it was a problem We found after completely removing a food for 5-7 days we noticed some improvement. The greatest improvement we noticed removing sugar, dairy and wheat.
