OM & Chronic Fatigue

There's an interesting 'sample' protocoal for "orthomolecular medicine (OM) ideas that can help alleviate depression, fatigue, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as other symptoms that may appear in chronic fatigue.

 

The author included herbs as part of OM protocol - which isn't true, but this article gives a good idea of what an OM practitioner would suggest. Don't forget though - OM is based on individual biochemistry! What works for your neighbour, might not work exactly for you...

Orthomolecular Medicine Approach to Treating Chronic Fatique Syndrome

There is a large cross section of people who exhibit symptoms of chronic fatigue, depression, and muscle and joint pain. People with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, viral infections or recovering from viral infections, nutritional deficiencies, immune dysfunction, low oxygen, intestinal problems, metal toxicity, chemical toxicity, and chemical sensitivity may all show symptoms of chronic fatigue, depression, and muscle and joint pain.
