

I found this article from Diccover Magazine very interesting. Ames has explored the impact of zinc and iron on brain cells. “If you don’t have enough of one, you’re fouling up your biochemistry.”It goes to show that EVERYONE suffers if they don't adequate nutrition - some more than others. The link between nutrition and mental health is finally moving beyond the realm of personal stories and getting more and more research behide it :)
