Vit D

After reading all the recent press about vitamin d, i decided to start taking it daily.  I'm taking a gram a day, which is the recco'd amount and I have to say.  I'm a little shocked at how much better i feel.  I mean, i wasn't depressed or down (or at least I thought I wasn't) and yet I feel almost giddy now.  Its a bit odd.  It's really altered my mood in a way that makes me feel just calmer and more focused too.  Maybe it's the placebo affect, I'm not exactly sure, but whatever it is, it's working pretty well.
